Pizza is okay. Friendly owner but he doesn't wear a mask and asked us to remove them as soon as we entered the restaurant.

Incredibly good pizza. Takes a little longer but it really beats with quality. A visit is always worthwhile.

The best lasagna ever, the salads are great too and a nice ambience. I can only recommend

I have to admit, we walked into this restaurant partly because it was one of the few open that day. But now when we think of Oberwesel we remember the best lazagnes we have ever eaten! Fresh homemade lazagnes, vegetarian, with garlic... It was absolutely delicious ! I want to comme back to Germany for it 😂 We were also warmly welcomed. They even lent us a book to make our little child wait, thank you again.

Very nice people who run this place. :-) The freshly homemade lasagna in the morning was really tasty and a good tip. This spontaneous visit due to the gourmet block will definitely not be the last. All the best to you both! And keep it up! :-)

The inner courtyard is nothing for Esthets, but the landlord and the food make it up for it. You feel in good hands here. A well-intentioned tip from us: wash your shirt occasionally.

We came back from our day trip late at night. We were very hungry and all other restaurants were already closed. The pizzeria Trattoria Sicilia was only open for 10 minutes. When we entered we were greeted warmly and home-made dishes were prepared for us. The food was great. Thank you for the hospitality. Greetings from the Lüneburg Heath.

Oberwesel was worth a short visit and made us hungry. Lots of good restaurant reviews brought us here. After a reasonable waiting time, which we gladly accepted, the boss served us personally and very friendly. The pizza diavolo and the gnocchi with paprika cream sauce were a feast for the eyes and we said that too. He said that not only should the food look good, but it should taste exactly the same. It didn't taste good, it tasted great ... the pizza dough absolutely fluffy, well baked, very well topped and seasoned. The gnocchi, the cream sauce - best quality. Everything is still done by hand here, the boss himself is in the kitchen and the fact that he cooks with love can be seen in the food. We cannot understand the partially bad reviews, and we do not share the criticism regarding the toilet cleanliness, it was very clean. We can only recommend a visit to everyone who wants to get to know authentic Italian food and the personable, open-minded nature of the restaurant owner.

Food was good, but they sent us to a back courtyard. I was sitting next to a huge motorbike parked there. Service was iffy. We had to wait a long time.

We had ordered Pizza alla Franco and Pizza mare and both were excellent. We love to come back to try more pizzas. Very clear recommendation.

We made a spontaneous decision. The menu is well organized. There should be something for everyone. Our dishes pizza, pasta and salad were great. Everything was served to the point. The service was very friendly and courteous.

When you have recovered after the first shock of the interior, you will be spoiled with wonderful food made from fresh ingredients. Amazing place. Very friendly and hospitable people. The owner Franko is a Very good cook and made me an excellent steak. Great food and friendly hosts

This place has bare white walls, dirty tables and fruit flies everywhere. We waited 45 minutes for pizza and spaghetti, but it never arrived.

Here you can find the best seafood in Germany, and I’m not kidding!!! The owner came from Sicilia, one of the famous seaside regions in Italy. He is proud to serve his creations in the original Italian style. His seafood cooking skill is second to none. Seriously. I recommend either seafood pasta, or if you’re hungry, a seafood plate traditionally cooked in white wine and tomatos. Prices for the above two menus are relatively cheap comparing to middle rhein standard.

Top, without fault and blame. The antipasti just a poem. The pasta Tagiatelle with Pesto Genovese excellent and clearly fresh and prepared with the best ingredients. The pizza as it should be. Cross, still juicy, not over-seasoned, just delicious. In addition, our dog was welcome. Very nice staff and owner. Happy again and again. btw: I can not understand the negative rating regarding the pizza absolutely. Possibly. a jealous competitor?

Freindly couple, and authentic Italian food. The gnocchi is to die for, and the bruschetta is made with fresh tomatoes growing on the terrace. Well worth a visit :).

Delicious pizza, charming courtyard, and friendly service

Due to no other alternative being available after 6pm, we were forced to go to this Italian restaurant. We are glad it happened though. The menu contains both Italian dishes as well as German ones. Since we already went to an Italian restaurant recently, we decided to try the German dishes. We chose a Schnitzel Bolognese and a Paprika Schnitzel. The waiter and cook (same person) was very nice and the food was prepared in no time at all. We felt right at home even though we were the only guests at that moment. What we got surprised us. It was a massive schnitzel with fries and some salad. Both tasted great. A few minor issues, the schnitzel was a bit thick, and not completely cooked. And we found a hair in the other. Price wise it was okay. We spent €31 for the two schnitzels and two drinks.

Excellent food. We had pizza and mussels. The owners were very nice and we felt right at home. We didn't have a reservation but had no problem getting a table at 8 pm on a Tuesday. Enjoy!

We went to this restaurant earlier today. We have to say that we were very pleased with the hospitality. We had a dog with us, it wasn't a problem for the owners. They even provided a bowl of water and some treats. They were very kind and very helpful in their service. The food was really good. So I would recommand it to anyone in the vicinity to go and eat there!
